Find all the information you need to enjoy your stay at Hamersons Hotel Cebu.

1. What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is at 2:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation or modification requests done at least 72 hours prior to arrival date are free of charge. Requests done beyond will not be honored and guests will be charged 100% of the booking amount and no refund shall be processed. Exemptions to this rule may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation, such as but not limited to, corporate rates and promo rates. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

3. What are your modes of payment?
We accept valid and signed credit and debit cards, as well as cash transactions. For walk-in and pay-at-the-hotel reservations, we also accept payments via the BDO Pay app.

4. Can I make special requests?
All special requests are noted upon reservation. However, please be advised that requests cannot be guaranteed in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. The hotel management bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests.

5. I have children with me. Can they stay for free?
A maximum of two (2) children aged 12 y.o. or below per room are free of charge. No additional room amenities or beds will be provided. Otherwise, an extra person charge will be necessary for each child.

6. How much do you charge for extra persons?
All our rates are for double occupancy unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Each room has an assigned maximum occupancy. Extra person fee is priced at PHP 700.00 per extra person/night.

7. Do you have parking slots at the hotel?
Limited parking is available onsite. Due to its limited capacity, our parking is on a first come, first served basis.

8. Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi for our registered guests.

9. Do you allow pets/animals in the hotel?
All pets are prohibited in our property. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged to the guest should any hotel staff discover any pet inside the property during the guests’ stay. Any damages done to our properties caused by the pet will be fully charged to the owner.

10. What is your smoking policy?
Smoking inside the hotel is strictly prohibited. We have provided one designated smoking area located outside. Violation is subject to a penalty of PHP 2,000.00 per occurrence.

11. Can I take home with me the room key cards?
All key cards are hotel property and must surrendered to the front desk during check-out. Failure to do so will result in a PHP 500.00 charge for each unreturned key card.

12. What is the Save Mother Earth Movement?
Hamersons Hotel Cebu is committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. As such, we highly encourage our valued guests to support our “Go Green” practice through reusing towels that are only used once, or not requesting the sheets to be changed daily if you are staying more than one night. This helps in conserving the use of water and energy through decreased laundering. A “Save Mother Earth” signage can be found in each room to serve as a friendly reminder.
